Measure without tracking.
Audience accepts only a signed Core proof and an integration HMAC. Its database is separate from Core and retains minimised event data for the configured period.

Integrity without profiling
Authenticated duplicate and proof-replay signals are counted only as bounded UTC-day aggregates. They indicate data quality, not identified fraud.
